Weekly credits by season & suite size.

Brand-tier typical values across the WorldMark portfolio. Specific resorts vary — destination Hawaii/Whistler suites cost more, value-tier inland resorts cost less.

Season Studio 1 Bedroom 2 Bedroom 3 Bedroom 4 Bedroom
Red 7,000 9,000 12,000 18,000 24,000
White 5,000 6,500 9,000 13,500 18,000
Blue 3,000 4,000 5,500 8,500 11,000
How to read this: The values above represent a full 7-night stay. WorldMark uses nightly credit values that can be combined into short trips (a midweek 2-night stay might be ~40% of the weekly cost). Larger and premium units (penthouse, presidential) cost more than the standard sizes shown.

Key Facts

What makes WorldMark different.

Non-Deeded Ownership

Unlike most timeshare brands, WorldMark uses a non-deeded credit pool. There's no "home resort" or fixed week — you just own annual credits good at all 88 resorts.

Fixed Credit Values

Once a suite is registered into WorldMark, its credit cost is set and cannot change. Owners are protected from inflation in points required.

Operated By

Travel + Leisure Co. (NYSE: TNL), parent of Wyndham Destinations. WorldMark, The Club is a separate company from WorldMark Asia Pacific, but they share a reservation system.

Resale Access

Resale credits can be used at all WorldMark resorts but are NOT eligible for Wyndham Club Pass exchanges (developer-purchased credits only).
